NJSIAA congratulates Dave Frazier and Ryan Miller, who received awards at the 56th annual National Athletic Directors Conference in Tampa, Florida. Frazier received the NFHS Section 1 Citation Award, and Miller received the NIAAA Bruce D. Whitehead Distinguished Service Award.
