The NJSIAA community mourns the loss of Gordon “Scooter” Whiting, beloved longtime football coach, athletic director, and mentor at Hackensack High School.
Known for his passion, leadership, and dedication to student-athletes, Coach Whiting made a lasting impact on generations of young people both on and off the field. His legacy of pride, discipline, and community will never be forgotten.
