The New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association (NJSIAA) is seeking sealed proposals from qualified companies to serve as the exclusive Official Awards Provider for NJSIAA Championships beginning with the 2027–2028 school year. The NJSIAA will accept proposals for terms of no fewer than three (3) years and no more than five (5) years. The contract will be awarded as a single package based on the proposal results and the overall needs and interests of the NJSIAA. This Request for Proposal is specific to trophies and medals to be awarded at NJSIAA State Championship events.
